Dr. Njoku brings over 40 years of clinical experience in women’s health, including OB-GYN, Midwifery, and Breast Oncology. She spent the majority of her career at Johns Hopkins Hospital, where she earned deep respect for her clinical expertise and compassionate approach to care. Her legacy of excellence, empathy, and advocacy shapes every interaction at Nemi. As Medical Director, she leads with both wisdom and warmth, ensuring that each patient feels truly seen and cared for.
Health and Wellness Coach
With a background in Community & Behavioral Health and Global Health Consulting, Ugochi brings over 15 years of healthcare experience across sectors. She has worked with renowned organizations such as the World Bank Group, federal consulting agencies, and Oracle Health, focusing on systems change, patient empowerment, and equity. As Co-Founder and Director of Wellness Strategy at Nemi, she brings vision, compassion, and structure to ensure every patient encounter feels personal, purposeful, and powerful.
